conrod bearing shells #= oil temp question

as my 60 has done a few miles was thinking of just getting some conrod shells and oil pump to just give it a little service, where is the best place to get them from? stealers want 107 quid for oil pump and 98 for the shells.

euro car parts list them as 25quid is this per conrod? or for the full set.

also is it worth fitting a mocal oil cooler? notice my oil temp goes to the 100ish mark

i think its the whole set from gsf/ecp for that price

Can you change conrod bearings with the engine in the car?, I thought you could only do that with the crank main bearing shells.

Def go VAG, fair few horror stories of pattern bearings breaking up.

yeah i did mine...sump off and do one at a time

 

took less than 2 hrs and thats rolling about in the street lol
