raddo_tom 0 Posted March 1, 2009 no worries fella. I just used an adj spanner and a hammer. lol I'm seriously freaking out about the 60 now.... Just noticed the power steering pump is hanging off (free loose and swinging) also the wiring behind the dash is... well...... MESSY! I was gonna let my valver go today but i think i need to get the 60 fully checked over before i do... Can anybody advise anywhere that knows there shiaaaat and won't charge me the earth? raddo_tom 0 Posted March 25, 2009 Found an amazing place that replaced all the belts re attatched my power steering pump (inc new bracket from vw) removed my oil cooler as it was leaking :confused4: re did the gear linkage full service greased and tightened my wheel bearings and re affixed a anti roll bar drop link and a few other bits! :clap: :grin: :clap: :grin: Needless to say she's purring like a kitten and feeling toight like a tiger! Just spent the evening pulling a interior loom to bits (thankyou so so much henny) Found that the bits i need to replace are sooooo easy to swap (famous last words????) So butchered buh bye and hello original! :clap: The simple tart it up a bit has now turned into a full on gut the bad and replace with original goodness!
