Electrical unit behind rear o/s door card?

Just a quick one, I was taking my rear door card off to inspect and wondered what the electrical unit is with all the wires comming out of it is. Any ideas?

I'm pretty sure it's the electric window control module...I'm ready to be corrected though!

As andy says, it is indeed.

And if you have heated seats you'll find the relays for that located behind the N/S rear door card.
