Hazard Lights only work on one side?

As title, the indicators all work fine but when i go put the hazards on only the right hand lights flash.

 

Is this a switch/relay problem? Ifso where can i find them in the car?

 

I've got my MOT next week and i guess it would fail on this item :(

I'm no expert but it sounds like the switch. Both the hazard and indicators work of the same fuse (17 on a VR6) therefore if the indicators work then it would lead me to believe that the actual switch is the issue. Having said that, looking at the fuse box it appears that the hazard does have it's own relay (it doesn't say anything about it being used for the indicators but it might).

 

Not particularly expensive I think either way.

AFAIK The hazzard and indicator relay is the same, Sounds like the switch, Don't forget if it's late spek it's the same as a mk3 golf it's it early it's the same as a mk2 golf! So hit your scrappers asap!
