Drivers seat side bolster broken

I have done a quick search, but cant seem to find another thread on this.

 

My drivers seat bolster has broken. It is loose. The fabric is still spot on so I would ideally like to repair the seat rather than replace it. Can anyone help with this please? I'm open to idea's along the lines of drill a hole and bolt it back up if needs be. I'm just after some more idea's before I start ripping it apart.

Is it the foam which has collapsed? I have a spare bolster if you need one? It's about an 1/2 hor job to do :)

Thanks, but its snapped off! The cloth and foam are still spot on.

Very sorry to hijack the thread, but if this isn't needed by anyone I will happily purchase it from you :D

 

Also, isn't the bolster sort of reinforced with metal bits? Could they not be welded back on to the seat frame thingy?

If it's the metal bolster support you will be better off stripping the seat down and having it welded up or seeing if someone has a generally tatty cloth seat that the frame is ok on and swap the base out.
