Need help!! Exploded diagram of heater box anyone? got a problem

Recommended Posts

Right guys, I thoughts I'd tackle the only issue my Rado has (other than tilt only sunroof) and that was the cables (early as G60) slider controls for the temp and directionality of air/blowers. Who ever was last at it needs a decent punch from me but that aside, I need a little help, info. Cables were all bent up and fixings broken, clips missing, you get the picture. Changed out the cables and and I have managed (after much hassle) to get the blue cable and longer black cable sorted and fixed on correctly.

Right, my issue. Short black cable fixing. The lever for the flap/flow control is in the wrong position. From the book it should work between 12 o'clock to 3 o'clock, but on mine this has been put back together wrong I guess as it works from 3 to 6 meaning there is no way the cable can work it or be fixed on. Does anyone know if this lever will pull off allowing it to be reattached in the correct orientation or if it that the flap has been refitted wrong?? Hard to see as its right up inside the back of the dash. Need some help/input from someone who knows how this comes apart or that has access to an exploded diagram (etka maybe) so that I can sit down and figure it out.

Backs already feeling massacred from just a few sessions upside down, inside out so I just need some input to get me going again, thanks guys.
