daves16v 1 Posted June 4, 2012 (edited) I've been wanting to get this done for a while and have now found the time. I'm now able to supply hand Polished Stainless Steel screws and washers for the Slam Panel and Headlights, see photos attached. The headlight screws are notorious for corroding to the point that they round off when trying to remove them and this is more of a pain for the hidden screw at the headlight bottom mounting. The slam panel screws don't corrode quite as bad but it's nice to replace these to brighten things up. The washers for the slam panel screws are not off the shelf items, they have been made to suit the original size washers but are thicker, please note there is only one side polished so obviously this side goes up. The slam panel screws are the same for the wings. Kit A (VR6) 25mm Headlight bottom mounting screw - 2x 16mm Headlight top mounting screw - 4x 16mm Plastic cover screw - 1x 16mm Radiator cover screws - 2x Washers to suit the above - 9x £5.50 posted Kit B This kit includes the 4 visible screws (2 each side) on the top of the slam panel Complete set of slam panel screws – 14x Washers for the slam panel screws – 14x 16mm Radiator side cowl + washers - 2x M6 Power steering pipe + washers - 2x £12 posted Kit C This kit is for the 4 screws on top of each wing Wing screws – 8x Washers for wing screws - 8x £7.50 posted Kit D This kit is for the 4 screws on the top of the slam panel ONLY Top slam panel screws – 4x Washers for the slam panel screws – 4x £4.50 posted Kit E Fog/Indicator housing screws – 8x £2.50 posted Kit F Tailgate strut screws (hand polished heads) - 4x £3 posted Choose the kits you want and total up the cost. Payment by Paypal or Bank Transfer. Of course these are produced to my usual high standards. Thanks Edited April 2, 2014 by daves16v

Then an additional 8 for the wings. So add £9 for the additional screw/washers (18x). Total for the complete set including the headlight screws is £16.50 posted. Hope this is clear. PM me if you would like to order. Thanks Dave

Didn't know the slam panel had 14 bolts though? There are 4 on the top, 1 each side attaching to the wing, 2 each side just under the headlights, 1 each side behind the slam panel and 2 at the bottom centre of the slam panel. I know all this as I've just had it off to install the new radiator.

daves16v 1 Posted June 6, 2012 After getting this 1st batch ready to post, I've slightly underestimated the time taken to produce, bag and post the large slam panel/wing screws and washers so I've increased the prices slightly. I will honour orders already placed at the old price. Thanks.
