Thank you for the kind words, everyone.

The black C is the most impressive Corrado I've seen in person. The owner purchased the car brand new in 93 and rebuilt the car bolt-by-bolt by himself, including the 6-speed Quaife.

I live in San Diego. If you'd like to attend a meeting or a drive, email me: mailto:[email protected]

Unfortunately, rust is actually quite a problem on the coast. Yes very little rain, but a lot of salt and moisture from the ocean... not to mention intense UV rays!

the sun is the only thing that gets my car. my clear coat is coming off a bit on the top. eventually im going to get my car re painted but that isnt a real priority for me right now. that is a really impressive corrado...man. my main beef with it is that the wheel spacers are too large. personally im not a bog fan of wheels coming out past the fenders, but other than that...that thing is amazing. i will shoot you an email when my car is running so we could meet up. i might be able to get another corrado or two to go with me. =]

I apologize for my lack of worldly synonyms, but what is "score"?

Thanks for the clarification...

The intake manifold on the Red C was made by Volkswagen Motorsport in the early 90's. VW made 500 of them, and then sold the patent to Schrick. Although it gives a slight increase in low-end torque, it is the rarity of the piece that makes it quite valuable and hard to find.
