been busy today engine bay painted updated

well engine back in just the supercharger to rebuild now

Good work:thumbleft: what type of paint are you using? Have a G60 project myself that i need to respray but being out in the cold weather isn't appealing to me.

coolio, thats the non Isocyanate 2 pak isnt it?? i would ask if you recomend it but your using it so it cant be bad. Any advice when spraying it apart from the usual dust free well preped surfaces?

its the hmg 98/11 its more suited for trucks etc but its a good all round paint alot cheaper than car paint you hav'nt got to be so fussy on your prep work its goes on alot thicker than base coat etc

advice its a 2 coat system so 1 light coat then 1 full coat when i done mine yesterday it was cold but was still touch dry in 3 hours good paint for the diy person like me done my golf 2 years ago and still looks well
