does anyone know if there is another fuse box on the vr6 1995

Recommended Posts

I have knackered my front drivers side headlight by trying out a hid bulb. it worked for a second then went out. I took it off and put my old one back in. My sunroof now doesnt work, or the interior lights also when I take my key out of the ignition it resets the clock on the dash. I had blown a couple of fuses in the main fusebox under the steering wheel so I changed them but it made no difference. is there another fuse box somewhere that I have missed? thanks.

There's only one fusebox, I think the fuse that controls all of those is the second one in from the pillar.

I tried that took it out and the blowers stopped working but the headlights were still working on sidelights and high beam but only one headlight on low beam on the passenger side. sunroof and interior lights dont work and clocks reset. apart from that though everything else works ok.

I think there is a few fuses on the fan-control module in the engine compartment, and I *think* actually there is a fuse or two hidden in the back of the instrument cluster - not sure what they are for though.

And doubt the fuses on the fan-control module is to blame - but never hurts to check though :)

I did see them and checked them I think one was a 5 amp and the other was a 20 amp. ill probably take the clocks out of the dash and have a look, see if I can find the other fuses and see if they are ok. thanks for all the help its greatly appreciated.
