How do I contact the Recall Campaign Help-desk? The telephone number for the help desk is 01908 601243.

Note the fan recall above (which my chassis number falls into) only applies to cars that had air-con prep done to them, or were fitted with air-con. Presumably at the factory.

Don't expect a lot of help from VW though, they seem decidedly un-interested :(
