is that scuttle trim the piece that fits over the wiper motor etc? and will it fit my 16v.just making sure if it does then i will take it :)

anyone any clue if the starter in (pic 1) is wired correctly? or what the wire in (pic4) does now that i know where it. cheers

cheers for that was worried they were something major. the electrics are all over the place under this bonnet found a wire today running from the washer jets to keep the fan on the time some right cowboys out there.they rigged it up when the radiator broke for a short time im presuming :bonk:

hi guys, i have been cleaning all the engine on my 16v today im new to corrados so i am not familiar with whats what any way during cleaning i knocked a connector off the silver (starter relay i think)circled(pic 1) i looked at the connector and it is either red (that snapped on me today) or earth wire that connects to the 3pin arrangement at the bottom of the silver can.i have earthed it as the car would not start at first.need to check that its right.can anyone confirm this as it seems a strange size connector that has been used (pic 2) (Pic 1) (pic 2) also whilst cleaning i came across 2 wires near the drivers wing that attach to nothing.. or are they meant too.can anyone shed any light on these.. the one in (pic 3) seems similar to one that is plugged into a flattish circular metal thing that i can only describe as what looks like a motorbike horn (seen in pic 4):) (im hopeless i know) (pic 3) (pic 4) i will try to help as much as possible cheers in advance much appreciated

ah im from Ashton myself.i drive a company car as my daily so the Corrado will just be my weekend car and to get me too and from the shows really.its my little toy to keep me busy at the weekends :)i had no idea there where this many in the area, i say it like 6-10 is alot in a 25mile square area.good to know there are local owners that can help each other out if needed.i would love the VR storm one day... probably be all gone by the time i get round to it.cheers guys

theirs me thinking i had alot of work to do.mines mainly tidying things up really there are some major projects on here i wish i had the confidence to have a go at some of them. maybe in time and a few rados down the line il have a go :)

now that is handy to know a fellow corrado owner in wigan not seen one on the road in years apart from the vw shows.my rado is in storage for the winter whilst i do the jobs on it get it out in the summer :)

iv found 50% of the parts i needed in 1 day and been chatting on the phone to some really knowledgeable guys.i will be sticking around the forum for along time.cant wait to get to the shows and get chatting.

hi dickie its the 1.8 16v and only the mk1 cloth interior but im a new driver so its alls i can insure :) it has little niggles with the interior but there is no rust that i have found yet and its just had timing belt head gasket and radiator done so cant wait to get out in it in summer when iv tidied the inside up :)

no probs pal im sure one will crop up.every time i walk into the garage the chip in it bugs the life out of me. must be replaced :)

i can see the side repeaters page 2 but no front indicator.below is what im looking for.cheers

hi all im new here and iv just bought my first corrado.looking for a early 1991 passenger side indicator within no cracks.the one currently on the car has a hole chipped in it iv looked on ebay and they were just profiteers asking silly money :(. cheers guys
