1. I was wondering when somebody would catch onto the frenchies. I did this a coyple of yrs back. Good price concidering no core and complete set up Glws
2. Blow up the pict its on the box. If you cannot see it just say word. There is a tag on inside if the bra with part number
3. Passat B3 AND B4 work well. B3 Has a regular shade B4 has a vent shade. B3 OR B4 will be stamped on glass as well. I would replace the entire mechanism. Its not hard to do. You literally slide the entire unit in. Extra set of hands would be helpfull just to hold it as you bolt it up. Originally I was not a big fan of putting a glass roof in my car. Once I had It I loved it!

6. Do you have the RPM box as shown above....grey box. Remove the lid held down with 4 screws. You will see a bunch of switches numbers and letters. There is a chart that shows order the the switches should be turned (up or down)for the diff RPM's...Its easy to do your just following a chart. Im not sure if you lads are familiar with Autotech Sport Tuning? They have a chart on their site. Bartek may have a chart as well? I can get a link tomorrow. Advantage is user pref Plus with diff set ups diff cam sizes, larger throttle body, head work etc etc. Diff opening of flapper would be beneficial. Most feel 4200 is optimal. I played around with it until I found a setting I liked.
7. No, worries with the Rpm box not working. This can be hooked up to pin 48 in the Ecu which is set by default to open the flapper at 4500 rpms. The advantage of having the box is changing rpms. But its not needed to use set up
