Rebuilt low mileage 1.8t AGU engine. Here is a Vw 1.8T engine that I was going to use in a project but plans changed. The engine has had its head skimmed for good measure no the head gasket wasn't gone I like too make sure things like this are done when I build a project.The head was chemically clean and pressure tested and had no faults. All valves were removed and relaped in. New valve steam were fitted. The barrels were checked for wear but still have honing marks and the bottom end was checked for play which there's isn't any. All new gasket were used through out includeing complete front and rear crank seals. A new cambelt kit has been fitted with a new water pump and new thermostat. The engine was painted as a stripped block but will need a touch up here and there. There is a powdered coated rocker cover, crank pulley in red and lower tin wear in black fitted. The engine will come with variuse hoses sensors etc but not a turbo or exhaust manifold. I do have the custom turbo still its a turbo technics rebuilt unit K03 but tweaked too behave like a turbo between K03s and K04 turbo, this turbo has zero miles on it. The turbo is from a Passat and custom oil feed and return pipes were made for it. I reason for this turbo it brought everything to one side which de cluttered the engine bay. Also I have a Audi A3 1.8t gearbox for sale. All parts are sold as seen. I do have some pictures of the engine rebuild aswell. Regards Adam. 07929374464. The engine is ?600. The turbo is ?400.
