Sorry for the newb question but, changing the brake fluid does not imply bleeding the brakes also?

Hi guys! I recently purchased a 2.0 16v 9A Corrado with ABS, and I am having a break issue. My brake fluid reservoir is full to the top with fluid. The brake pedal is spongy. The ABS light goes off after turning on the engine. ABS seems to work just fine. Should I bleed the brakes or just use a hose to empty some of the excess fluid? Thanks for the help!

Hi guys, Does anyone know why does the air breather for a 2.0 16v 9A (the one that connects directly in the main intake air duct and with the ISV air line) wich is slightly "s" curved, has a tit? I don't have anything connected to that tit and from my searches is suppose to have a restrictor/choke. Hi guys, I have a newbie question Does the corrado 2.0 16v 9A has a ecu vacuum line? I have some idle problems, cleaned the ISV, and after looking thru the forum I saw that the ecu vacuum line for G60 and VR6 is sometimes the issue. I looked at my ECU and I just don't seem to find one. Thank's for the support!
