I know this is a contridiction but i want it to appear factory standard have a 2.0 16v M plate I heard you can chip these to get a better and more consitant delivery of power through the full range on the revs. is this true and / or the best way to get a bit more out of i heard it cost about £130 and will take the HP up by 30 or so but can only find it for G60's

help Got in the rado last night and the clock, cabin lights and clock have all gone wrong. clock starts from 00.00 hrs every time the ignition is switched off and the rest has just stoped working any ideas how to sort this. it seems a bit much for them all to go at once is it likely to be just 1 blown fuse cool

i have the late door cards - maybe thats my problem -
i recently bought some 5.25 inch infinity 5000cs componant speakers for my 1994 2.0 16v uk rado. cost £75. to replace the factory setup in the front. They didn't fit in the original door housings. the cone was about 1cm too big which was a pain after taking half the dash out can anyone suggests a decent quality componant system that they know fits. was looking at the pioneer e-motions for about the same cost but can't find any technical specs to see if they fit please help

many thanks. ill be banging in my infinitys this weekend, which should be a massive improvement on the factory fitted nokias. cheers

i still have an original factory fitted stereo system (which sounds pretty bad). So have just bought new stereo and componant speakers for the front. i need to fid out how to remove the original speaker grills. i have been told the ones on the dash pop off so you replace speakers from the top. is this true? also the door mounted ones need changing, do i need to remove the door panels or do they also pop off like the dash mounted ones does anyone know the answer? i dont want to end up prizeing off the speaker grills with a screwdriver and shag the lot.
