Ive gopt all his personal details, address, insurance details, account and client numbers and car reg. But the insurance policy is fully comp on a nother car, and my uinusrance cant trace him unitl i get that info. Which he wont give to me.

They quote me for replacing rear panel and rear bumper incl labour and respray at £1230 I just spoke to the guy again and explained about the court precedings etc etc etc and the inevitability of masses of cash he will have to cough up for my legal fees his own and the car repairs etc and he agreed on inusrance but he still wouldnt give me his insurtances' number. I give up. Ive seriously had enough.

great, and i just sopoke to the guy again and he said he didnt care, hes not going thru insurance and hung up on me. My uinsurance cant find the company, and so im going to the police now(as advised)

but the new bumper wont be as strong as the genuine corrado one which is more important to me tbh

yup, it wasnt the car listedn on hi sp olicy, he hasd 3rd part voer on the car that crashed into me, and now hes refusing to give me the car registered to his policy, telling me to call the police etc etc etc my insurance tried calling him and he fobbed them off, and now hes fbbing me off too. Further to my old posts, if you had read them, you can understand y i considered taking the crow bar to head approach.

I have the number plate of the car that crashed into me, not the platte on his policy. I 4got to take it down like a plank. And i cant find the insurance company/broker anywhere, been searching all voer the net and my insurance dont even know who they are

They guy who crashed into the back of me keeops fobbing me off, and i cant find the no or existence of this company anywahere. PLEAE HELP hes going on holiday for 4 weeks(supposidely) as of tmro, and i need to get hiom to accept responsiblity b4 then

Ive seen them on a corrad oin kingston and in all hinesty mate they only look good when they under the arches like my brothers otherwise they loook pretty bog std.saw em on a rover as well, and they looked shite.

I went to John Ashley VW in new malden, they inspected the car and as storm rightly pointed out my rear panel is FD, and the bumper need replacing, and the exhaust needs to be replaced. I am waiting on their quote but they estimated that it would cost £1500....Thats nearly a write off I just home they stick to my value on the car and repair it or its gone. Also they suggested their own company, called ARC who will make the claim for me and give me a bmw courtesy. Is that a good option, or should i stick with my insurance's ppl.

Im running 205 40 17 s and i got a full set of toyo proxies t1 s for 59 each.....if i was to but them all together the guy at RSR quote me 200, excl fitment, 40 buc for fitment and digital tracking..........BUT..........like tyhe plonker i am, i got 2 at a time....i think the tyre price incl fitment as a standard is 72 a tyre.

Why do you think they are known as STEALERS?????? :D What's the bet if they do have a look at it the panel will be damaged???? heh ill let you know, going to see my local vw tmro at 8:30 for an inspection.

Last night saw a lovely black j reg g60 with double exit exhausts in new malden.....any takers??????

not anymore mate, the speed bumps down my road hve dislodged it, and its been pushing up against a clamp and developed a 1 inch hole in it, so all i get is a very large " farting " noise out of the exhaust, heh heh. Anyone know any welders in london????????????

TRUE Long things going on here mate, and as for me intimidating him, i claim temporary insanity. I just spoke to vw, and they told me that (as mentioned earlier by storm) my rear panel could be damaged, and so costs could come up to just under a grand since a corrado bumper is very hard to come by. INSURANCE IS THE WAY........Cheers del, and others. I will take ur advice and go through the proper chammels, and give the guy his cash back.have this done with....

Well i only accepted money as he offered it as a gesture. He only offered it cos he was under the impression that his head was gna be kicked in (plus i wrote him a receipt). But cheers for your respnse anyway.

True - Insurance it is. Mfuka for driving into me. And i shall be taking it to my local vw. I found the bumper for 394 at eurocar parts and 200 for the labour. so hopefully they will fork out a cheque for 800 and ill flush the back at the same time. Dr mat, my thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok mate, what i emant was in my policy my car is standard other thna the rims. I forgot to mention the powerflow exhaust. Wil they fuk me on inspection??????? AND Cheers mate uve been a great help, what a diamond this forum is.

even though its just scraped and got 2 little dents?????? the will still replace it???
