2.0L on your G60 Coullstar?

Good times :D Engine makes some crazy whizzing sounds I am not used to but am enjoying 8)

Picked up my new G60 yesterday and the 2.0L Valver left today :) All I can say is cor blimey... it's sooo different and it's FAST! Car feels lighter and agile on the road and I am chuffed. It's a nice story; the guy who bought mine, it's his first rado while the guy who sold me the G60 is buying a VR6 so everyone is on the up and all three of us are sticking with this exceptional model 8) Looking forward to the new project :twisted:

Getting the garage to put on a new crank shaft oil seal and front springs, anyone know what the aproximate cost of this should be, parts and labour?

Hello rado people after a bit of advice as per usual :? Thinking of buying a VR6 automatic. It's done 70k, has been garaged for a year and sounds in good nick. Can anyone tell me the pro's and cons of an automatic Corrado and what to look out for if I go and see it please. I do lots/most of my driving in London every day and figured it makes sense to think about auto although I realise it won't be as fast, still an upgrade from the valver. The other option is a cheaper G60 to work on >> cheers barney

Looking for a full set of Grey or black leather seats or a whole new interior. Can anyone point me in the right direcrtion to find this luxury upgrade for the best price :!:

Question... back door card not fitting snug keeps popping out- peg/clip broken. New door card or fixable?? double post deleted-vr6storm

it has 4 slats on the grill- does this make it a late 16v? it's not that it looks super high but prob ok for standard springs, maybe just change the front ones to level it..? thx

Not sure if it's an early or late 16v but am sure that they are not doing any more work on her!

Bought new standard back springs for my 16v cos they were corroded. Now the back of the car is quite high and it's even harder getting over the speed bumps here in London. Do I shed out on lowered springs for back and front or buy standard new ones for the front in which case it may look like a buggy but will make the humps!? Basicly the VW specialists in Blackstock rd, N5 are not specialists and have given poor advice to a Corrado/VW novice. :cry:

BTW how much were the strips in Germany? Mine are also shabby :?

I have a 92' Jreg 16v that's done 150k and would like someone to have a proper look at the old girl. The past two garages don't seem to know much about the corrado despite the latter claiming they are vw specialists but had trouble fitting a new windscreen seal properly :x I am in Hornsey so WM automotives in Tottenham is nearest, is there a better/more suitable place in London? Cheers

Hello people I am new to this forum. Bought a 1992 Jreg Corrado 16v a few months back. It's white with Black Leather Interior, Compomotive 16" alloys, PAS, ect ect. Done some work on the Exhaust and minor cosmetics but no major modifications. It's done 150,000 and I am thinking of part exchanging it for something a bit newer. I like the interior but not too keen on white as a colour. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Also the guys at Euro car parts say it's a G60? It dosen't say so on the outside but how would I tell if it is please?!
