rca cables running up one side of car and amp power running up the other, where is the best point in the boot to A.mount the amp (on back of seat ? ) and B best place to get a solid grounf easild, theres a fair bit if gear under the bootfloor and i don't want to drill anything that'll cost me money. I rigged it up today and it hums like mad, i was just holding the ground onto a nut in the boot though and have heard vw's are fairly renowned for any ampo needing a very good earth.

I just got a replacement mirror unit (unit plus mirror) for my corrado, but how the hell do i fit it ??? I need to get the inner door panel off but where from there ?

well the oil is only 400 miles old so I'm not sending it in to be re done, I've never had any probs with my other cars and dare I say the name I had a sweet tuned vauxhall astra and that was ok after a tank full of the stuff, but as you say it wouldn't hurt but as my cash is dwindling I'll leave it a while and see if anything occurs :)

1 litre of injector cleaner and the cars running almost perfect again, getting my mechanic friend to look at the spark plugs and leads tommorrow.

where is th ebest place for spark plugs ? best to just get vw standard jobs or worth spending a little more ?

Hi, Had a 95 vr6 corrado for about a month, just had a full service before i bought it and was running super fine. Now the thing keeps giving me trouble in first and second gear, the car judders something awful. Now all i can think of is some dodgy petrol or maybe water or crap in the tank from where i ran the petrol abit low. Could it be anything else and what the hell should i do!!! all help appreciated :)

Just got my first corrado vr6 and it's all a tad different from the vx astra so rather than making a hash of this I'd better ask some questions :) The main positive from the battery needs to come into the front bulkhead, where is best and is there already a hole/grommet for this ? Best place to run the rca cables to the boot ? Is mounting my changer in the glovebox gonna be tricky ? is the glovebox easily removable to make some holes in ? Any other help with making the fitting easy would be nice :)
