VR6>blunty

I've just run a VAGCOM test on my C and it has bought up an error for the ABS but doesn't tell me any more info than that? How do I know which sensor is the problem - can anyone help? Also my VAGCOM software asks to be authorised - does anyone have a auth code? Cheers Martin :confused4:

Hi I've had this problem on and off now for a good couple of years with my VR and have replaced various sensors time and again but it still keeps happening very randomly!?!?! I've just purchased a VAGCOM off eBay so will let you know if I have any luck with trying to figure this out?!?! :confused4:

Cheers for that (I think!). The guys at the garage said I should look out for a new or second hand ABS control unit - does this contain the pump, and is this what I should be going for?

I've had a couple of ABS issues pop up with my VR6 on it recent service.. VAG-COM details as follows: 00276 ABS Outlet Valve; Left Rear (N136) 35-00 - - 00532 - Supply Voltage B+ 35-00 - - Me being me, I havent got a clue what this means so would be grateful if someone could enlighten me and advise what to do to solve it? Exhaust: original vw I still have the original VR6 exhaust on my 1995 C (103k) - still going strong with a nice enough note to scare the odd old person in their clio with the window down :2gunfire: !!! I guess I'll probably be getting another one fitted soonish - will go for another VW or perhaps a SuperSprint if the wallet can stretch to it. How much did you apy for your Nuespeed one as that looks pretty sweet?

Can anyone give me any tips on where and who to let service my VR6 in the Southampton or Bournemouth area? :roll:

Listen to CDs all the time its what I was doing until the face unit of my Kenwood feel off and bust for the last time!!!! Oh well good excuse for a new MP3 player! - any suggestions anyone?

Hi guys - I've been having a problem with my VR6's electric sunroof. It goes up and closes ok using the small round button but does not want to budge when I try to fully open it? - I'm guessing it's a knackered motor or something like that as when I first bought the car it was fine, any ideas on what to do? Be grateful of the help as we all know how cool it is to cruise around on a hot summers day with the roof open and the sun beating down!! 8) Cheers Martin
