  1. The head: http://213.201.174.164/erwin/kop.jpg Flowed to the max? : http://213.201.174.164/erwin/inlaat.jpg 40/35 mm valves: http://213.201.174.164/erwin/klep.jpg Flowed intake: http://213.201.174.164/erwin/spruit.jpg http://213.201.174.164/erwin/poort.jpg And the throttlebody halfway done (sorry bout the fuzzy pic): http://213.201.174.164/erwin/gasklep.jpg With a mild flowed head, stock intake, valves and TB i made 205 WHP with a 65 mm pulley and 272 cam. I wonder what this will do
  2. personally, i would get a bigger radiator, since now it gets the hotter air from the FMIC. The original radiator that comes behind the FMIC(on a golf G60) is as wide as the intercooler itself. Just keep in mind that the water temperture could go a bit up in this setup. This pic lets you see how big the radiator is: http://home.concepts.nl/~jeroenlo/rallye-set.JPG

    Lean A/F.

first get another chip, running a 2.0 16v with a chip that is ment for a 1.8 8v is just asking for trouble man.
  4. You Should really get a different chip, the block is bigger, and the 16v head flows waaay better then the standard 8v head, so it really doesn't suprise me that it is leaning out no. Get the SNS chip, it will run much better :thumb right: .
  5. It is not possible to be sucking, because at idle, blows all the air from the charger. At WOT, it seals the the hole.....
  6. Numbers look pretty nice!! What was ur setup??
