  1. I'll be building my Morel Supremo tweets in the A pillars.
  2. Noooo, I've been spotted  Yup, it is certainly me :) Haven't seen you posting on there for a while..... Still running Sinfoni amps?
  3. I wouldn't fill the boot with an awesome amount of subs. If it were me, and you want to go for something out of the RE range (good choice), I would go for a single XXX-12. I used to own an XXX-15 in a sealed box, and it hit hard. It was powered by a single DLS A6 monoblock, and there was certainly enough bass there for me...... Last time I knew, Erskine was still making boxes, yes. Better get in touch with him to make sure, though....
  4. Agreed, unless most of the power is driving an active front end  I've got just over 1000w rms in six channels (2 x 100 for tweeters, 2 x 100 for mids, and 2 x 300 for midbass). You can't beat a good amount of headroom
  5. Sorry. Didn't realise there is a long standing argument going on about the two engines  Well, if anyone wants to put down which Corrado you own, what you think about it, and if/how you've tuned it, then that may stop any arguing going on 8) Cheers fellas' Chris
  6. No, it isn't. I think it's really based on how you use your subs. As Pablo has mentioned above, if you compete in IASCA, or if you have an SQ (sound quality) system, then it basically means you're buying equipment as you appreciate music. In my opinion anyway.
  7. Hi everyone. I've recently joined here after a member on here pointed me out to the site (Coolrado). I'm really interested in buying a Corrado in about June-ish. Don't know which one, but most likely the VR6 or the G60. I'm really not familiar with the Corrado. Sorry if this has been answered before in previous threads, but what is the Corrado like for tuning? I.e., are there any decent remaps available out there? I know AMD are renowned for remaps on the newer VAG cars, such as the 1.8T engine, e.t.c. Do they offer services for the Corrado? What other tuning methods do you all recommend? Also, those of you who have them done, how did you get the VR6 engine head chromed? It looks........well, utter cool! 8) Thanks all, Chris
  8. Hi Dynaudio crossovers quite often appear on Ebay. They are rather good too. Cheers Chris
