I have had a few little problems with the car & I nearly thought about selling it. Then I looked at a few pics' like Furk'z G60 & it's given me hope. I have got idea just not the talent to make it happen. Thanks Dean What would be a ideal wheel size for the rear's without going to far. So the kids can still enjoy going out in them back seats.

This is mine at the min (with my kids in) 16 x 7 wheels on koni adjustable's with H&R springs. What I am trying to get is this kind of look. What kind of set up do I need? Wheel size, suspension, spacers, etc I really could do with some help?? Thanks Dean

Hi Can anyone help? I have some Tarox G88 disk on my VR6, only a year old but the passanger side is badly warped. They are in need of replacing but I am not sure which other's to go for. Any help would be great. Cheers Dean

What C & R said to me was the kit was £45 + Vat, thats the cheap part. Then Corrado's need to be pressure bled which take's about 4 hours hence the £200. If you get any air at all then they have to be rigged up to a computer and then run through the a program. What the F*ck!!!

It's not to bad then but it's still down a bit. just looked at my AMD report from last year 155 bhp @ the wheels. I Know what people say about AMD rollers so I will take that with a pinch of salt.

To top a bad day off I went down to C&R to pick some goodridge hoses up. They said it's not wise to bleed them like you would any other car just in case you get air in the abs pump. Here's the best bit, let us do it for you with a pressure bleeder £200. :x What the f*ck have I done wrong to the world.....

Yeh that did go on me but it's been replaced now. Only showing ABS fault now. I love the car, I hate the car, I love the car I hate the car.......

1 year ago at AMD 205 bhp where the f*ck has that gone???? (not at the wheel)

Just had my 'C' in for an abs fault (front left passanger side) The dyno pace asked to run it up on the rolling road. 140 @ the wheels!!! is that not about 30 bhp down.

My Inter's trips have come to an end now. The last couple of years just has not done it for me. The location, bad weather and just a lack of spirt on the day. I will be definitely looking to do something different next year, it's just not worth the money or the drive. Worthersee here I come!!

Is anyone going to do a write up? Any pictures of the meet? or have I missed something! Cheers Guys

My first time at Dubfreeze, lots of aircooled stuff though :roll: . Took over 1 hour to get out from the car park!!! Passed a few nice 'C' on the A518 there and back(Stoke.Derby). A bit of flashing made it worth while :lol:

I would still be living with the old 'C' if I had not found this site and solved it's go slow problem and restored my faith in the might VR6.... well here goes then. Since I have owned my 'C' I never thought it as very fast & after owning countless MK 1's & 2's I always looked up to the VR6 as the best of the best. Even from the first test drive my Mk 1 felt quicker. Yes the VR was fast once it got going but it always seemed hesitant. I had a few boy racer moments with other things and felt let down by VW. That was until I started reading these forums and found other people who had trouble and offered help others. I eventually took it to a dyno tune centre and found it was showing a Hall Sender fault!!! Twenty odd pounds later from VW and about 30 mins in the garage and well fu@k me and completely new car. It now goes like a rocket & pulls so strong I just can't stop driving it around. From a standing start it's a monster. Put my foot down in any gear and away it goes! no more press, wait..then power, it's amazing. I can't begin to tell you what a smile it's put on my face. So from now on RICE is defiantly on the menu!! If it's not running like it should, misfire, down on power or hesitant. Get reading on here! You will find the answers. Cheers All

Can anyone help? I am looking for a eyebrow spoiler for my 'C'. Ordered one from GSF but got a call on friday saying they have refunded me the money as they don't have any in the country!!!! WHAT!!!!! Any help would be great. Many thanks
