  1. R32. But i'm biased towards Golfs over Corrados. But i do love my C.
  2. i get this all the time, mainly in my Mk1 (factory standard!) Golf GTI.
  3. Golf - chipped. The Audi does have more interesting looks but i'd go Golf all the way.

    Golf GT

I'd agree with that, my most fun Car is definitely still my Rocco Storm with 1.9, lairy Shrick-cammed. Just sooooo chuckable. Yeah, my MK1 Golf GTI is the most fun i've had on 4 wheels.

    Lost 20 BHP!

The BHP was at the wheels. I don't know much about this so any help or explanation would be appreciated. It was serviced with new sparks etc just before the rolling road.

    Lost 20 BHP!

I've just had the car on the rolling road and it's showing that it's running at 115bhp at 6K revs. Now i assume thats not normal as the bhp should be at around 136? Can anyone confirmt that this is correct. If so, what could be causing the power loss? Cheers Al
  12. That's odd then, It's a 1994 L reg 2.0 16v if that makes any difference.
  13. OK, so like a bit of a tool I didn't check this part out when i bought the car last year :( I now want to replace the part but can't find anything on GSF or Eurocarparts. Anyone know where I can get the part(s) needed and how big a job it is? Cheers Al
  14. We went 40mm but recently moved to an area with loads of huge speed bumps. Now got a hole in the exhaust and keep catching the oil sump
  15. Ours also does this. Had all the above checked as well!
