basically i need to move a bottom end of a corrado engine from hartlepool to reading but cant be bothered to drive it any ideas obviously cheap as possible thanks *Mod edit: De caps'd - please try not to post in capitals*

just really want to get the car up and running for everyday running (that means caining it!) been sat in garage for a while now will have a think over options have a mechanic who does all my work (i haven't got a clue)i just do the wrecking!! anyone who has got a early vr6 2.9 engine speak up !! thanks for your help guys.back to the seat ibiza tdi sport.not quite the same!. *Mod edit-De-caps'd*

I HAVE A 1992 KREG VR6 CORRADO AND AM FINDING IT VERY HARD TO FIND A distributer early corrado vr6 replacement engine 6 months now!! could anyone inform me how much work and what work it would take to convert it into a 20v or maybe v6 2.8 4 motion (probably as rare as the vr6??) already rebuilt this engine so no go there and going down the road of breaking this corrado BUT REALLY DONT WANT TO!! HELP

i am trying to replace my 1992 k reg corrado vr6 abv engine and finally found one at a breakers !!! i then found there are two types distributer and coil pack they had both but then apparently there are more differences as mine has not got "aaa" on the chassis number please if someone can shed any light on the subject ???? Can anyone help me ?? Had to rebuild my k reg corrado vr6 last year stealth done my rebore and supplied 82.5 mahle pistons.My fitter then had crankshaft done,overhauled all nessesary parts with cylinder head heads,valves and guides.All gaskets,big end,main bearings,timing chains,bigend shells,conrod bolts hydraulic followers the list goes on £1060.00 parts £904.75 stealth work and labour. 15,000 miles on racing a m3 (old one) stopped racing and slowed hearing very dodgy noises from engine no power and got worse cut out in traffic and spluttering engine really really rattling drove it to fitter who took off head checked top end and fine so he said must be bottom end!!!! Any ideas what it could be had enough with this corrado cost me a fortune already wondering whether to just get a secondhand engine and transplant or get him to take apart again ??????
