Give my mate £20??? your having a gg7aph aint ya
-
Well hes paid up now anyway. Yeah my mate should have told him £80 but he'd just got out of bed so just took the money off him. I wasnt gonna get agro over £20, but it was just the principle thats all.
-
Had some wheels for sale on here for £80 but they where at my mates house miles away from where i live. Told him he can pick them up from my mates and just give him the money. Found out today he only gave him £60. GG7aph then said cant blame him for chancing his luck! Gypo! i know its only £20 but its the fact he did it cos i was not there!

Have you tried the fuses first? there should be one for dipped and one main beam each side.
-
I replaced the rad switch again and its all fine now. The dodgy part was from the UK and the good one was from Germany :?
-
it a 93 VR. I know the fan comes on at 100 oC. which must be speed 2 as it used to come as around 90 oC and never really went above that.
-
Where are the fuses tho??? they are not next to the 50amp one like on other controllers.
-
All my cooling system was working perfectly until I had a leak at the bottom of the aux water pump on my 93 VR, so i pulled it off and it snapped. I then got a new one and fitted it as it was noisy anyway, this is when the problems started. My battery went dead and the culprit was that the aux pump and the fan kept going with the ignition off all night. After looking through all the search things i changed the rad switch first. this stopped them running on all night but now the rad fan dont work and the 10 mins after run dont work either (just the aux comes on with the ignition). I thought i would check the fuses that should be on the fan controller box next, there is only the big 50amp one there tho where are the other 2 smaller ones that i have seen on other peoples controllers? It does seem strange tho that when i replace the aux pump i have these problems, as the rad switch is not that old anyway :(

Does anyone have VAG-com near Guildford and be so kind as to scan my car for me. Its a 93 VR so i think it the 2+2 pulg? Cheers
-
I think Phil K is gonna sort one out for me, if he manages to get it back from his mate.

Has anyone got a caliper rewind tool i can use this weekend to change my rear pads please? I have never seen so many corrado's as i see in Guildford. I can honestly say i see a different one everyday! Dunno if there are all on here tho?

whats the difference between oils that are labled for diesel and ones for petrol? I should know about this stuff really as i used to do a bit of Kinimatic viscosity and do Ricaard (spelling) anti-ware testing and use a shell 4 ball tester as well.

Ive wanted an Elise for a while now, but didnt want to sell my car, so i got my self a ZXR 600 Ninja last month to keep me happy. I dont really want to die on a bike now so i want to sell both and get an elise. Rado VR prices seem to be all over the place at the mo, so how much do you think i should ask for? (this is not a for sale ad mods :D ) 93 VR6 in Bordeaux pearl met 118k miles FVWSH up to about 90K including all reciepts 9 months MOT, 3 months tax 17" fake splits with good tyres red/black rear lights SS cat back K&N cone momo race steering wheel Cloth seats All electrics work both fogs are cracked uprated headlights Its got quite a few stonechips and has a few carpark dings also includes 4 speedlines and some 288 calipers, carriers, discs and pads which i havent got round to fitting yet.

Thanks, Yeah i think the rear lights suit the colour well, if you look closer you will see another car ditched just behind on the other side! was very sureal seeing all these cars like that, there was about 10 in all. I like the Gunfire sign as well. Dunno what the rims are? they say fake splits and say Titanium on them but thats about all i know. Would make a huge difference if i lowered it tho.
