Hi, I know you have tested a lot, so i want to know with which motor to go for vr6 turbo. Which year or which engine code. What are the advantages. Which one will hold more power on stock internal, etc... I am planing to leave everything in engine stock, just to lower the compression and mount a turbo kit. Thanks. P.S. I will place the mtoor into golf mk3 chassis with stand alone KMS engine management.... P.S.S. Will the motor from sharan vr6 fit into the golf mk3?

why you use 20v gearbox? why to spend extra 200 for it? COuld you simply use the stock g60 gearbox, with g60 flywhell and lets say vr6 clutch???

AJQ engine from 1999 AUDI TT, 180hp. Do it have forged bottom? Do it have big port head? Please say who know this exactly. Thank you. Because I looked in the spreedshet, and it is written different when some people say.

How to change hydro valve lifters of g60 to solid ones?

i have a problem.the car don't go over 4000rpm.. it blurbbssss ant thats all.. So i believe that the lifters here is the problem. because the don't open valves, when the exhaust gases are smaller, the turbo stops to spool, but the computer spray a lot of fuel..and... so i want to change them to mehcanical ones. -

I hheard and got FORD diesel lifters..they are the same diameter, but they are a little bit different. I tried to measure, the difference is about 5.5mm, but i think i can't get to purchase such a big regulating plates? -
Please tell what lifters to use and whats mods need to be done to them. Thanks.

i am from lithuania.. :( that's what i a want to know, what other vw model had similar pumps.. :/ i mean, tehy pumped the same amount of fuel.

i think single one. i swaped this motor into golf mk3. so i haven't changed anything. golf was 1,8 monoinjection 66kw 90hp. i just placed a corrado fuel pump into fuel tank. i think my rado was 1990 with digifant 4,0 in it.

My fuel pump in tank run out of order. What fuel pump I can use in place? In which cars was used the same pump?

H8RRA > make a diy thread with photos of this. This would be the best for all of us. Lets say, you can even write up everything with corect cutting lenghts, etc.. So please take photos and tell all the story. Thanks mate!

also, some custom piping from stainless steel and polished ;) You can do this swap not very hard exactly, but you will face a lot of problems in this conversion ;)

this is not very easy I can say, the motor mountings must be customized, all the wiring llom must be changed from g60, i placed a g60 gerbox, so I had to change the mechanical clutch to hydraulic one, i also still have this problem with speedometer and temp gauge..:/ but know i am working on the engine bay, so i don't tried to fix this. here are some pictures of FMIC mounted

Please tell me who done such conversions. What you did with the ISV? I tried a search and haven't find nothing usefull. If you think that ISV can be removed please tell me your opininon why and how to do this.. I allready removed carbon canister, boost return, because i have BOV installed.
