  1. i will never buy a VR6... Dont like em!
  2. "16 V turbo convertion? Or 16vg60?" 16VT = cost less £££ (than 16V/g60) + more bhp easy. g60/16V = expensive, difficult, cost a fortune to reach 250-300bhp + you have a high torque at low RPM and can rev high RPM:s (very nice setup for track racing)
  3. Fripper, did you build you 16vg60 yourself? what engine did you start with? yupp my engine is "home made" Its made of VW motorsport parts, many parts from "Golf G60 Limited" So the 1,8L 16V engine is used And i still thinks the VR6 are to heavy in the front!! Its much harder to drive a heavy vr6, around a track with many "hard" turns than a 1,8T or a G60/16V. But okay, i like my car light, i stripped my corrado for stereo, AC, noisekilling isolation and much more... The only x-tra i have is a "rolling cage" ( btw is that right word for it? )
  4. "Welcome to the forum" Thx James... "we can supply you with the mounting kit for the lysolm charger if you require" My aim is around "safe" 260bhp, witch lysholmcharger is "the one" for me? Okey, how about the outlet of the charger? I have a custom fmic, so i use the Rallye G60 outlet now. (the 90 degree bend) Can you guys deliver a outlet for that to? My aim is around "safe" 260bhp, witch lysholmcharger is "the one" for me? At last, how shall i do with the fuelmanagement? I run the old digifant ecu with volvo 850R injectors now. How much can it handle? Can it deliver fuel for estimated 250-260bhp? sorry for my bad english, hope you understands me!
  5. id say 16V/G60, or 5V 1,8T vr6 or 24V V6 are to heavy for a small car like corrado
  6. I need a new charger for my 16V/g60 so i just wondering if anyone here has swapped to a lyshoms supercharger? Maybe som pics from the installation?
