cool. :D take the headlights switch off and check if the wires has been messed with , as far as I know the headlights loom is not connected with the ignition wires in any way. Already checked that, everything seems fine..

Today I noticed that when the car has been running a couple of minutes the idle start to get pretty rough, it jumps up and down between 1500 and 2000rpm..Could it possibly be a vacuum-leak or something like that??My ISV is not connected...
-
No,the key does'nt have to be in the barrel..
-
When i turn the headlights it sometimes happen that the ignition turns itself on!? Anyone knows what this could be??
-
I can hear my exhaust leaking infront of the Lambda, could that cause these types of problems??Or could it be that the fuel-filter needs to be changed or cleaned??
-
After what i remember the ECU-hose is connected to the top nipple..
-
You're totally sure of that??That it cannot run without it?? This cable is located baheind the "throttle-housing" , and it's connected to the "vacuum-hole" nearest the ECU..Is this right??Or have i mixed the two of them up??
-
No it has been off for a few days, because i needed to change the "throttle-housing" (don't know how else to say this)..Do i maybe have to zero out the ECU to get rid of bad values or something??
-
Oops, forgot that:).. It's a G60.. Yup, that's my problem, but it also runs like shit at half throttle..It's only around the idle-area it seems to run fine.. Got any idea??

Seems like the problems has no end this time:(.. So here's my problem..When I start the car I can drive a couple of minutes when suddenly it "dies" when i hit the speed.. But when i let it go down to idle a couple of seconds (hit the clutch) it works for a few seconds again.. I maybe think that it could be the "fullspeed-switch" (don't know if it's called that in english, it's located between the inlet-manifold and the head, only switch there i think)..After what I've heard this switch "feels" when I push the speed and gives signals to the ECU..Could this be dead?? And is there any relay or fuses to this switch?? Or could it be a total different thing??
-
It turned out to be the switch:).. Thnx for all help..!!

Hehe,thnx:)..

If the fanswitch is broken, how fast will this make the engine boil??On idle.. And could the hot oil be prevented by my problems with the water??

Hi, first of all i need to excuse my english:).. Well, here's my problem..For about one month ago i changed the head-gasket because it started using water and i could hear some ignition-knocking (don't know how to explain it better)..Also before i changed the head-gasket the water on the engine freezed..After changing the gasket the water-pump crashed, installed a new one..So my problem today is that the water in the engine boils, it seems like there is a blockage or something like that in the system..I really don't know..I have'nt changed the termostat after the water has freezed, so could this have killed it??And could the termostat cause the engine to boil this way??By this way i mean that the water does'nt boil in the expansion tank, it just look likes there's a whole lot of air in the system, but there is'nt, and in the instruments in the car watertemp is about 75-80 degrees, but the oil is much higher, can sometimes be at 130-140 degrees..Is there other places where it usually get blocked??The top hose of the radiator is also building up pressure.. I really hope someone can help me with this!! Forgot to mention that it's a G60:)..
