Tried sliding the spacer away from the handle as you said, and still no joy? when you move the spacer do you pull the handle away from the door towards you? as in north to south? not side ways as in east to west? cheers Dave

Hi Alex, Dont forget to mention to these guys that it is on a standard pulley, the charger was overhauld and staged 4 by JMC, 20.000 mls ago, and i would think that given the difference in bore size of Rallye pipework, and size of Rallye cooler to standard G60 then the Mfa readings could be lower, i guess, All the best Dave

I had a similar problem with my G60 when cold, replaced Lamda sensor with a new genuine VAG one and this sorted the problem, cheers Dave

Have you checked fuel pressure? Tired fuel pump, fuel filter, could cause it to run lean,cheers dave
