hi... thanks for replys..all the sensors came up fine on computer, as did the plugs and leads... would't an oiled up plug show up? ... cheers

i used bosch quads... £9 a plug.. how do check the gaps? cheers

not 100% sure...it only occurs when the engine has warmed up and i first feel it when i pull up a lights or junction.. the car bumps and jerks.. the idle doesn't more though.. from then on it feels like its misfires through the gears.. theres no warning lights on dash.. hope that gives a clue to the culprit its very frustrating..cheers

new coil pack today.. still no joy don't know if its oiled up plug..how do i cure/check? havent tried ecu relay, pump relay or ignition..cure/check? thanks for advice so far sorry if this message is duplicated i've wrte 3 versions but can't seem to get in on forum!! cheers

i'm goin nuts..had a misfire problem for 3months and i'm close to driving my corrado vr6 into a wall!! had moblie tuner out twice.. changed ht leads and plugs, crank shaft sensor ,now all sensors and leads fine nothin on computer to suggest otherwise.. so coil pack was a poss.. removed coil pack cleaned it, dried it.. no cracks but sealed it anyway with epoxy hight temp resin.. still the misfire lives... tends to only be once engine is warm.. after 15mins driving.. if thats a clue? also when its raining but not always.. could it still be the coil pack? if anyone has any suggestions, i will be forever gratful i can't remember what its like so enjoy my car anymore..!!! please help...cheers *Mod Edit-De-Caps'd*
