How come that article says the 1.8l is quicker to 60 than the 2.0l?

Yeah. I worrying about how much insurance will be. I'm insured on a MK2 Scirocco GTX for about £500 through my dad, for the year. I don't have a clue how much more the Corrado would be. That's something I'll need to look into next, if I decide to go for a Corrado.

a) Mid 20s to low 30s on average..

b) Not that quick.. its not much of a 0-60 car! About 8 or 9 seconds..

c) Depends what you mean by expensive really..

d) No not really.. cruises nicely and quite quietly at 80MPH.. provided you avoid boomy aftermarket exhausts!

How much per year can I expect to pay on parts for the car, like tires, brake pads etc.

What sort of MPG can I expect?

What's the 0 - 60 of the 2.0l 16v?

Is it expensive to run?

Is it noisy at high speed?
