ok from the begining
the is was a company in carlisle called batcars and got to know the owner
after building an install in a car he painted. i gat to know hin and got on whell with him. and opend a car audio shop as a part of his buisness. i was travelling fron wigan to carlisle every weekend, one weekend i went up and rich ( the owner of batcars) sain he was doing a deal with trippy. a evo 6 for a skyline and the corrado. would i like to go half in buying the corrado as a prospect in building a demo car. so that weekend i thought about it and decided ok and handed over some money £1500 to be exact.
as time went past up their the car was slowley took apart and everyweekend i went up i asked why, and he gave me a reason plasable one at that. on the shop side items was going and i wasnt being paid for and was beint told it was paid buy card and i would get it next week. i let it slide as he was giving me a roof over my head when i was up their.
then one day he told me he was going bust, and i asked him how he was going to pay me. it took me 4 months to retreave what was left up their and organise to receve the corrado for what was left owed. bering in mind i co owned the car to my knowlage at the moment. i organised with him to trailer the car away. as their was no engine and interior in the car. and later found out trippy had took them out of the car when it was at bat cars. the next day i got a phone call fron trippy saying i stole his car. words where exchanged and i hung up, later that night i got a phone call from the police and i told the officer what had gon on, and she told me it was a civil mater. over the space of a couple of wheeksas far as i knew
we came to the arrangment that ritch paid trippy the money he owed me and i get the car. so when that was agreed i applyed for the logbook. in doing that the dvla sends a letter to the previos owner to state that a person has clamed for a logbook, as you know if the dvla dousnt hear a reply within 2 weeks they ishew a logbook out. when it came thought the post i thought it was all sorted, intill i was woken up at 5 in the morning by 7 coppers. and was arrested. when i was interviewd i showed them the logbook and a depters sheet from what bat cars owed me. a couple of weeks passed and i got a phone call from the copper and told it was told it was thone out bu the cps, and it was a cilil matter. if nothin id done after 6 months start doin what u want with her.
when i was at max power with the car they tried it on bu phoning the police in bermingam saying the car was stolen. i told this copper what was going on and he he gave me a s.66 what is a form what says i carnt sell the car. but that didnt bother me as i wasnt gonna.
