  6. Thanks all ok the car had an oil change today castrol gtx high mileage oil the engine does sound smooth i have a good friend in the motortrade and he did it. thanks for the info on the fuel filter, i did have a little clue!! but i wanted to ask all you guys first because you all drive corrado's i guess this needs to be changed asap as it could lead to more probs thank you bollo i do think its good to buy a car from a previous corrado forum owner as it directs the new owner to the forum and a wealth of info
  7. Hi all first off i have just bought a corrado 2.0 16v from BIG ted If you now him it was the black 2.0 16v advertised on the for sale section a few things that have gone wrong like the car needed x2 rear wheel bearings just found out when i got home :x Big ted failed to point this out!!! Also the poor car was in need of a serious OIL CHANGE ..................................................................................................... The main Question i need to ask is ******** When travling along at 65-70mph at 3000rpm the car begins to gerk and kind of splutters, the rev counters bounces about and the car begins to lose power, give it a rev and it sorts it self out this does worry me and again the last owner failed to point this out after paying strong money for the car and feel a bit let down any help or advice to solve the problem would be great thanks bollo
