  1. Hi guys. This is a gentle reminder to get your chargers serviced and a plea for an inlet casing half for a g60. I took my charger to jabbasport this week for a service (that iv been putting off for too long, but life gets in the way and a wedding to fund hasn't helped). Before I took it down I split it open to have a quick look myself, I found a peice of ally about 1" long rattling around inside. I couldn't see any damage anywhere (without fully stripping it down). So off to jabba I went. When I got there Brian was nice enough to strip it down while I was there. The inlet half of the casing is completely knackerd. Basically the service had been put off just long enough for an apex strip to pop out and chew the casing up. There was no funny noises and no noticeable loss of power, as far as I knew everything was fine, so remember, when it's service time, don't put it off. Also if anyone has a casing half please get in touch.
  2. If you drop the window and use a torch to look inside the door, you will see the locking mechanism. If you slide something down the inside of the door between the window gap you can push the striker down to open the door. I find a tent peg is best. Iv had this problem and basically used a tent peg to unlock and lock the door for weeks until I could find the time to fix it. It's abit tricky but once you've done it once it's easy. Let me know how it goes and if you struggle I'll send you some pics over.
  3. Hi. Is this a 2 box system. And what sort of volume and sound is it? Mines alittle booming and loud.
  4. There are 2 bids! That means there's at least 2 people who like it, + the current owner. 3 people. It takes all sorts, certianly not my cup of tea but fair enough.
  5. Hi. I have my stainless exhaust on eBay at the moment. I completely forgot about putting it on here first. Anyway if your interested the item number is 181499515782. Cheers.
  6. Nope. Just going for the day. Overnight ferry there, 1 day at the show, overnight ferry home. We have 4 mk2 golfs, 3 corrados, and a 1965 beetle. :)
  7. Yep. Can't wait. 8 of us leaving from hull.

    90mm splitter.

Some people are mad! Ones just sold on eBay for £180. I guess some people don't realise there still available.
  9. If being getting the occasional rough running concern when up to temp and it would hunt with the isv plugged in. New ecu relay cured it :)

Yeah my mate got one from heritage a few months back. Just having a shed clearout. Anythings only worth the value a buyer puts on it. Like I said I'll be happy with some beer tokens so I'll let the auction run it's course.

Just gonna let the auction run mate, not sure what there worth so I'll be happy with whatever I get tbh.
  12. Tightened my handbrake up as it's been rolling away for weeks lol. Fitted new ecu relay (what a difference!!) and sent my wheels to the powder coaters. Can't wait to get them back.
  13. Selling my spare splitter, never thought to put it on here first, ah well, if your interested eBay number is 181465697317 Thanks. :)
  14. Obviously change all of the above because it will rule it all out and you'll have peace of mind for the future, but I changed my ecu relay a couple hundred miles ago due to me having a similar problem to yourself and bingo. Runs like a dream now.
  15. Saw a lovely red corrado in the co-op car park in holmfirth on Sunday morning, reg k100vrg. I gave the nod but was driving the misuses Citroen :( Looked lovely.
