Found some wheels I like that are 7 1/2J x 17"H2, PCD 4X108. Firstly what do I need to get em to fit my valver (4x100)???? My car currently has it's standard ride height, which I was planning on dropping 40mm. Should I still drop it if I bought the 17s.....or do they fill they arch nicely & what do 17's ride like?

I know the DVLA has disclosed how many cars are left registered for other marques. I'm sure if someone official from here did a letter we'd get a response?? Did VW ever give figures out on colour and model breakdown??

I've been looking for a 40mm drop and have a budget of around £250. I've found these weitec ones on the bay (under £250 delievered from germany). Yeah he seemed a genuine guy and he had the car for quite a while, which is usually a good sign. I don't know if you had it HPI'd or not?? I did and it came back spot on.

Did you have this from a little village called Hullavington?? If it's the same car, I went to view it the other week when he had it on the trader for £2400. It did drive very nice.

Hi Karl Yeah, I think his must be good un's as he wants a little more than my budget allows.

Got a valver and am after the Koni dampers and H+R spring set up that seems to be favoured by many on here. Does anyone know the cheapest place to get them from?

Right, first of all, when it comes to srings and shocks I haven't a clue. Got a valver and looking to lower by about 40mm. Can't afford coilovers & don't want a harsh ride. Read through the 'Suspension thread', but I'm still none the wiser. Can someone point me in the right direction?? Whats best on a budget. Are FK's any good? Right, I'm a total alloy wheel novice and am not sure what all the numbers mean. Will these's fit straight onto a Valver? Borbet A's 16x7.5 ET30 4x100pcd (4 Stud)

Did the Corrado have a standard CD headunit? I'm thinking that they were maybe an option, or came as standard on some VR6's??? If so can someone show me a piccy of one. If not would there be any issues with a later Standard VW CD headunit?

Hi there, new to the scene and I think I may have found 'the one', although I can't view until the weekend :( It's a black valver, so I believe it has 4 stud wheels?? Could anyone be kind enough to show me Standard & Standard-ish (BBS variations and other corrado models are ok) alloy wheel options?? I like the G60 steels and think the would look good. Also liked the speedlines & RH's but have been told these are 5 stud? Also, I will want to lower the car, whats the standard drop for a corrado......I'm thinking 40mm?? Whats the best option on shocks and springs?? Think coilovers will be a little out of budget at the mo'. Any photo's of wheels will be much appreciated :)

Thanks for the info. Never knew the BBS & RH's were aftermarket. Do the BBS fit straight on? What alloys came on Valvers as standard?? I agree, the wheels look ok, but I wouldn't keep them.

Right, Just found the original ebay sale and it didn't meet it's reserve. Went for £1745. He also confirmed that it had FSH on that auction. Not a massive fan of the wheels, Not knowing much at all about Corrado's, and alloy wheels. Would the speedline's (I think) that I keep seeing, fit straight on? Also like the BBS and RH wheels? wheels. Would these fit? Also, I would definately go and see it, just trying to find out if it's worth the trip.

The mileage is on one of the Pics, 99K. I've asked him quite a few questions about the car. This was on ebay about a week or so ago, so I've asked him why it didn't sell also.

Is this right???? If so, could it be a clock change??
