This might be one of the worst ideas ive eva had but hey worth a shot. You may have seen my G60 for sale, well one of the reasons i wanna sell is running costs, the G60 is one thirsty little bugger. So i was thinking of taking the engine out and everything that is not required and replace it with a nice tdi engine. So my question is how much wud a full service history g60 motor be worth, the charger is in gud nick, and was serviced 9k ago by jabba to stage 4. also what work is involved to put a tdi in the bay, cos ive only ever seen this done once to a rado. cheers

Gotta say guys, you really need to see the rocker cover in person to fully see how good of a standard andy's polishing is!!! He's spent alot of time perfecting the art of polishing and spent numerous sad lonely nights in his shed... :D He's in the process of polishing some other wheels for one of our mates, who's car will most deffo be a future feature car in the nxt few months.

i need to put a new front engine mount on the G this weekend, and looking at it, it dunt look as easy as my old mk2 golf 16v. Looks very tight to get too, will i have to remove most of the front end to change the mount.? cheers

well gsf are a bunch of nobs that never got owt in stock, well the nottingham branch anyway! Eurocarparts no, and my local vw said no and they not be for a while. Unless anyone knows anywhere else, please tell me, but for the time being ill just stick in a 2nd hand one. cheers

problem is chap, there like rocking horse poo brand new, cant get hold of one at all for the G60

i may have sorted one, breaker is gunna have a look, he seems to think he has one or two. Fingers crossed

tryed them m8, newbolds, gsf, eurocarparts, got nothing in stock and might not be for a while. how shite is that....

think my accelerator cable is on its way out, feels like its frayed and theres alot of restriction. So obviously i want a new one, but every where ive tryed has not one in stock for a 92 rado G60!!! is there another one i can use of another car??

anyone know the vw part number for an oil filter for a 92 G60???? cheers

can anyone tell me the bore and length of a replacement pipe to replace the cat on my 92 g60. basically cat is blowing really bad, and i will in the nxt few weeks get a straight thru made, but for the time being i want to just replace the cat with replacement pipe work. cheers
