  1. Which oil do i use for my G60?? Help please!!
  2. All the fuel rail sensoors are plugged in. It has a bracjket fitted to it aswell, kind of a 'L' shape. Its a bras cylindrical shape with thread around 8-10mm in diameter. Anyone any ideas?
  3. no its a G60 but it could be the same. The ISV is on top of the rocker cover towards the back. Its a cylinder shape with a pipe on one end and a white sensor on the other. Thanks mate thatll be a huge help!
  4. Anyone know where this sensor goes? On the left hans side of the ISV there is a white plug, well if you trace the wiring back there is aslo a brown wire with a sensor on it, where abouts is yours plugged into as i cant seem to find a hole anywhere? Id REALLY appreciate it if someone could just have a quick look and see as its driving me out of my mind. Thanks. :scratch:
  5. SORTED!!!!!! Thanks for all the info guys, i took he charger apart and replaced another seal that wasnt seated properly and KERPOW!! ITS ALIVE!!!! and running, ill defo take the IC off and drain the oil as its running a little lumpy. Thanks again guys. :lol: :D
  6. Hi all, ive just replaced my charger and my G60s throwing blue smoke from the exhaust. Ive removed the boost return pipe and oil is spluttering out of the pipe onto the exhaust manifold and smoking in my engine bay. What could this be? PLEASE help me as im completely confused. Cheers. :(

  8. There isnt any oil coming from the seal at all and when i replaced it it wouldnt seat anymore. Could the whole problem be that there was oil thrown into the engine/intercooler and piping and its still burning it off?
  9. HIya all, I recently serviced my charger and have refitted it, due to it blowing an oil seal and throwing blue smoke out of the exhaust. The problem is, now ive re-fitted ths charger its still doing it? I have the boost re-circulation pipe removed from my engine and the pipe on the back of the engine is blowing oil out when under boost!! The engine is obviously running a little rough. PLEASE give me any ideas as what it could be coz im seriously stumped! :(
  10. Does anyone know where i can pick up a new oil seal kit for my charger? I only need the main middle shaft seal, but i guess im goin to have to buy a full set. Thanks and PLEASE let me know coz shes sat outside doin nothin at the mo =(
  11. Ive just bought a couple of gauges, oil temp and an oil pressure. Where abouts can i link these up in the engine bay? Any info would be sweet. TA
  12. Hiya, i have just got back from a drive and noticed steam coming from under the bonnet. It is coming from the reservoir in the cooling system. I know that the cap will undo itself to relese the pressure, but why would the water be sooooo hot?? coz its actually boiling out from the cap. Also the oil pressure light was flasing and beeping too indicating low oil pressure. Are these to problems connected?? Thanks and absolutely any info will be a great help. Thanks Guys.
  13. hiya all, when starting and driving my car for around 1 minute, the oil pressure light comes on and starts beeping. What causes cause the oil pressure to be low???
  14. Does anyone know where i can get, or what i can use as a lubricant when i rebuild my charger??
  15. Ive just taken my boost inlet pipe off from my charger and there seems to be a layer of oil on the inside. Is this normal, i mean i know there should be a thin layer, but is it ok to have a little more? or do i need to replace the seals in the charger?

Hiya all, i have been running my G60 for around 3-4 days now and noticed that the exhaust is blowing (pretty bad) between the manifold and the downpipe. i have just been on the motorway and the oil light was flashing and beeping. When examining under my bonnet it looks like someone has shoved a grenade into an oil can. I currently have a boost re-circulation deletion kit on, and where the pipe what comes out of the rocker cover used to join the main infeed pipe, i have a small filter. Most of the oil seems to have come from here but im not sure. Is this problem due to back pressure from the blowing exhaust??? PLEASE tell me thats all it is. I have tried to to a searh and cant find a thing. Cheers and any info will be sweet!! Thanks.
  17. Does anyone know whick inlet the ecu vaccum line goes int on the back if the inlet manifold? is it the bottom or the top? Thanks and PLEASE let me know. Cheers.
  18. Hiya guys, i would appreciate any info at all on this. I have removed the carbon tank and wiring. The pipe which went to the top of the tank (the thick one) is now venting to air, another went to the side of the inlet manifold and another goes to the back of the inlet manifold. What do i do with the holes where the pipes used to go too? can i just leave them open? Also which outlet at the back of the inlet manifold goes to the ECU? is it the bottom one?? Thanks and PLEASE let me know guys, coz im really stuck on this one!!! Cheers
