  4. dont ruin your g60 by putting a 1.8t engine in especially on those bhp figures(way too high, revo figures by any chance?!). If you want to have a rare car keep it g60!
  5. First mod mate is get the charger off and get darren at gwerks to service it before it goes pop on you!!!
  6. Way to test is start engine, then one by one pull off the leads if itn gets worse put that one back on, if no difference you have found your missing cylinder! Take the plug out on that cylinder and check if full of carbon, if it is try new plugs and if still nothing borrow a HT lead test light! Sounds a lot but ten mins work really. hope helps

    Paint Job

only reason they rust is cos of the dam genius holes VW decided to put in the panel! proper way is to take badges out, grind down to fresh metal inside and out, etch prime then re paint that whole rear piece! most bodyshops thats prob bout 100quid all done
  8. You definately want to change it now cos if those bearings fall apart the belt comes loose and comes of sending your charger all over the place!
  9. Probably will be the plastic idler pulleys just changed mine with new ones sound sweet as a nut!!

  12. At least you bought some decent cables not the autoleads crap most people use!!Will sound sweet fitted a set of them components in an alfa gt with the same skins and cables but with audison amp, BEAUTIFUL was the customers description!!!
  13. nice job but to make life easier for others you only need to prep with 500grade paper when using silver and you can use 400grade on solid colours!
  14. Muff Love going out to the Alltech MASSIVE! Well get cracking on your bumper next week if ya like?!
  15. Have you changed the regulator?!
  16. They did do a4 wheels i think that looked like s3 wheels but were 5x112...crazy but thats audi!!
  17. KAROLIZyou cant fit anything bigger on 4 stud hubs than 280mm g60 discs but u can change caliper to the tt ones or you have to go twin pots. or 4 pots
  18. To be honest if the car is sprayed in a booth it does not need to be mopped with cutting compound but yes if you paint in a dusty enviroment you will need to wet flat with 1500 then mop it with g3 cutting compound to get the finish. The recomended mix for 2k paint is 2:1 thats paint to thinners and laqcuer is 2:1 +10%thinners thats laqcuer to hardener+thinners. Hope helps
  19. They look sweet any ides on dollar?!
  20. Sounds like someone didnt like being called expensive....
  21. Well my body shop suggests 5litres for a full respray so 2 good coats of base and 2 good coats of 2k laqcuer. that way will last and look fantastic!!
