anyone know where the temp sender is on 1.816v 1990 for the gauge in car

hi guys im new to the site but im racking my brain on where the temp sender is on my 1.816v 1990 corrado ,ive changed the 2 pin long sensor under the housing on the side of the block (if the right one thertes loads around there) could anyone tel me which is which?

i have snapped the gauge sender on the block messing around wiggling wires (v v shit) so i have to order one or do you know where i can get one? if i get tthis it would be a start! ive gone to the vw agents and they sais 10 days(not good) do you know any quicker idea?cheers

ive tried the fan and that seems to be workin fine if i bridge it out .is there a sender on the oil cooler ?

hi im new to this ive just started. i want to know why my fan is not kickin in when hot ive changed my thermo switch in thr rad and changed the temp switch in the side of the block under the dizzy could anyone help im stuck.thanks
