Those wheels look great, just to clarify are they replicas and not original bbs i have been looking about for some like this. By the way the car looks mint altogether.

Well done for being brave enough to try something different, looks like it has paid off for you. White corrados are growing on me more and more keep the pics coming when you have made some more progress.

The wheels look great fella, im amazed you got such a good finish from a rattle can of spray paint. The colour compliments the green of your car really well, looking forward to seeing them with the tyres on.

Finally got the leads changed succesfully on my 2 litre 16v except one which has a sensor crimped on to it in such a way that it cant be removed and put on to a new. I phoned euro car parts who sold me the leads to see if they had a replacement for this and the reply was that they had never heard of it. Can anybody shed any light on this for me, what the sensor is for, why does it need to be attached to the ignition lead and if i can get a replacment ignition lead with this sensor attached.

I have got it sorted i did have the firing order wrong like you suggested, thanks for the help guys, just a leaky coolant hose flange to sort now which should be easier.

Just had a bit of a disaster i think changing the leads on my 2.0 litre 16v. I thought it would be a pretty straight forward job so i changed the leads, distributer cap and rotor arm. When I came to start it up it started to turn over then a load pop came from the engine and some smoke started to come from the area around the air filter. After this i tried putting the old parts back on but it wont start at all now. Can anyone suggest what has happened or what damage i have done.
