im still undecided which mounts to go for, either VT road, genuine vw or if there are any simular alternatives? Im lookin to replace all 3 on my 16v asap as mine are nackered. was wondering where the best place is to buy non genuine mounts and how hard a job it would be to change them myself?

thanks for the replys, had look into it further and found it to be the main positive coming into the back of the fuse board which had burnt out, must have been loose to arc out so simply crimped on a new connector and its all sorted :D

I was wondering if any one has any advice on what could be wrong, the car lost electrical power instantly when goin back to car after half an hour of being fine. there is no power for any thing such as clock hazards radio lights etc yet the battery is fine and all earths appear to be fine??
