hey all, new to forum, have been visiting for a while, searching for a corrado vr6. Anyway, got one, and have registered here for some expert advise from all the rado fans/owners out there.

First question,
Tappets, approx parts + labour cost? Would consider my self savvy enough with a spanner, old man doin damged repairables for years, have done most major jobs outside of engine internals, clutches, boxes, engine swaps, etc, but am wondering should I tackle the tappet replacement she will eventually need. Car runs fine apart from the tippity tappety at 2300rpm ish. How long do i wait to do em, what problems can they bring on etc? Any info on the whole task/issue of tappet replacement would be most welcome.
Another little question;
Just researchin lately for the only internal mod i'm currently considering, oil pressure/volt meter gauges, but wait for it, the lower panel below the ashtray type (corrado written on it), late spec VR6 i think, but my car doesn't have it??? hmm, previous owners, what else have they done to her? was mine a donor car? anyway, that gauge panel, how hard is it to find?
