My 95 VR6 has developed a very annoying fault. It starts everytime first time when i first run it but when i stop and try and start it again it sometimes wont start,Turns over but nothing happens. I can eventually get it to start and i know when it will just by turning the ignition on. When it wont start the fuel pump continuously runs but when it will start i can hear it run for a few seconds then it stops like its reached pressure then it starts. Its also cut out on me a couple of times in the last few weeks with the same fault. Has anyone got any ideas. Cheers

Update. Spoke to the guy at scorpion he wouldnt release a copy of the wiring diagram but told me there were 3 immobilizer cicuits. The Yellow/Red and Purple/black go to the starter motor. Then there is 4 black wires 2 goto the fuel pump the other 2 cut the ignition. He told me i would have to work these wires out myself.

I had to change my battery this morning and my alarm will not switch off with my fob. I spoke to Scorpion and they dont diagnose on this alarm anymore and that i would require a new alarm. With my car being off the road i need a wiring diagram so i can rejoin the two immobiliser circuits. Then i can fit a new alarm after christmas when i have some money. Cheers.

My ABS light keeps coming on every now and again getting more frequent. It comes on when you start the car and stays on.I know its not a sensor because i have hed one go in the past and you normally have to move drive the car for it to come on. Also every now and again when i first drive the car i can hear the pump making a noise and the braking goes funny. The weird thing his i got my local dealer to put the VAG diagnostics on it whilst he was reprograming a new key. But it came back with no error messages. Anybody else had anything similar. Cheers.

I am running on 17 alloys and although i have never adjusted the rear dampers they are set on softest whatever adjustment i make to the front the problem is still there though it does improve when its at its firmest. My top mounts are about 2 years old. Its not too good on the motorway either. Maybe they could be fitted wrong but i cant see how. Cheers for your replies.

A have the dampers set soft do you suggest i stiffen them up?

I have fitted some FK Konigsports to my VR the ride quality is alright but i when i go over speed humps even at slow speed the car seems to jump up and clunc as if the damper is reaching it full extension.Has anybody else experienced this. Cheers .

Forgot to mention aready tried running on 215/40/17.It was a slightly better ride.Has anyone actually used 215/45/17?

Currently riding on 205/40/17 on my Corrado VR6.Just wondering if anyone is running on 215/45/17.Just want to improve the ride quality over potholes etc.Do they effect the gearing or speedo readings too much?

I have a Corrado VR6 currently running with Eibach springs and Koni adustable dampers. Also 17" Alloys with 205/40/17 tyres on.Iam not happy with the ride, when iam on rubbish roads i have to spend most of my time dodging any bumps whatsoever in the road.Would i be pleased with the results if i invested in a set of coilovers. If so which ones. Thanks
