Hi looking for a bit of info I'm acquiring all the bits for my conversion got a amk engine stubby clutch master cylinder g60 box will look at intercooler and rad once the engine is in,just looking at wiring looms at the mo what is the best route to go Down should I get a amk ecu and loom and get it de coded and how do you get it remapped do you have to mount a diagnostics plug somewhere sorry if it sounds a dumb question ??

Hi looking at getting all the bits to do the 20v turbo conversion on my valver obviously I know I need the engine but could anyone tell me what else I will need to acquire looking at a engine with 6 speed box what else would I need??

Slider pins work fine yeah I've got some brembo rear pads that I've had lying around for a while dunno if they are the right thickness they seem really thick too thick for my calipers

Having a bit of trouble changed my rear discs and pads today discs and bearing went fine but when I go to fit the calipers back with new pads they are so tight I have to hammer them back on in turn can't drive the car because they are too tight has anyone had this problem before I have wound the pistons back as far as they can go with the proper tool just seems like the new pads are too thick😞😞😞???

Anyone got any ideas what could be my problem as soon as I put a new fuse in it keeps blowing them straight away even with the pump un plugged??

Hello just wondering if anyone has had this problem before I'm getting burnt exhaust fumes in the cabin and I've changed everything from new exhaust to boot seals I have narrowed it down to the rear boot vents as mine have been chewed through by some hungry mice has anyone heard of this before???

I'm in the process of re fitting my timing belt on my corrado 16v and I line all the marks up cam is all lined up and crank is at tdc and put the belt on tension it up and the crank cog seems to turn a little but when I put tension on the belt is this ok have checked all the marks and they seem pretty close to me the crank timing mark is nearly right on the mark and the cam pulley is fine nothing hits when I turn over by hand just wondered if anyone has had this before??

I'm in the process of putting my car back together after doing the head gasket and I'm struggling to find where to put a few wires I will take some pics to show.?

In the process of doing my head gasket and need a little help timing the camshafts what is the best way I know the two dots should be parallel I can put the exhaust cam in fine but the inlet hits the tappers and you can't turn it what is the best way without breaking a camshaft retainer???

In the process of changing my head gasket on my valver and just wondering would I be able to fit a multi head gasket and which one is best,and has anyone got any guides how to Time up the camshaft timing?

For sale is my lovely vw corrado in tornado red this car has had a lot of work done new brake discs all round g60 brake conversion on the front new inlet manifold new fuel lines new air box whole new stainless system cost over600 new fuel pump interior is like new apart from headlong being a bit saggy a engine work has been done is ported and polished head with a abf block with a wur modification produces 174.5 bhp at the wheels along with 144 foot pound of torque :-) as you can imagine doesn't drive like a standard corrado bodywork is in top condition full respray 3 years ago no rust ideal car for a enthusiast £1800

Hello all I have a corrado 16v with a uprated wiring loom and it's perfect on dipped lights but when I go to main the dipped headlights go Dim and main lights come on dim any ideas???

Fuel wipe? I get the smell of fumes on my clothes so it is pretty damn bad I've replaced all the injector lines and washers??

I have asked this question before but still have not solved the problem things I have replaced to try and stop fumes coming through my window,new manifold plus all new gaskets new inlet plus gaskets new intake pipe new rubbers injectors and o ring only thing I haven't changed is the servo pipe and the 2 main fuel pipes does anyone have any ideas???
