they are new injectors and am using super unleaded

i am from pymouth , ye i did all the work my self so will have to go back over it all see if i can fine any thing but a sure i have not missed any thing ,

ye the reg fit straight on. all they said to me is it is running very lean and that it could be the chip . i got hold of g-wrecks to ask about it and was told from the look of the print out it was not the chip and i should get the fuel pump check out and check the sensors but didnt say what ones ?

hi guys i have corrado g6o have just spent a bit of money doing mods , i have fitted 68mm pulley , 315cc injectors ,billet fuel rail ,chip ,oil cooler ,4 branch and full system with d-cat ,RSR Oulet kit,k&n pannel filter and had supercharger send away to g-wercks and had it up service and uprated to stage 5.had it put on the rollers and it was running at 160 bhp when i just had the 4 branch and full system . now with all the above fitted it is running at a very poor 123bhp i what told that it is because it is fuel very poor , on boost it is at 14.1-15.1 , any ideas what i can do to sort this problem out ? thanks

the 13 mm bolt is my first problem as is sieze havent even got the chance to try moving the distributor

i have a seized distributor on my corrado g60 and need to free it up as is pinking badly , has any body got any tip or ideas how i can do this with out braking anything please help thanks

thanks is not from exhaust or any heat shelds ,will try checking the timing first does any one know the timing light setting for 92 g60 ?

hi i have a corrado g60 and at the moment i have tinny sound when on full throttle is then it is most hear sounds like a bolt rattling but can not find any thing loose just wondered if any one have any ideas or have had this happen to them, any help would be great ,thanks

i have a corrado g60 and a few days a go i developed a miss fire when pulling away but goes when over around 3500 rpm and does not do it all the time but is happening more often, and when idiling runs fine and does not miss , all ready have new plugs and ht leads, can any give me any ideas what it could be thanks

hi have adjusted intermediate shaft and is all ok thanks for the help ,have a question while on the subject i have read that it is advised to change the crank bolt and use a dx engine bolt, just wondered were i could get one and what is the dx engine ?

Not necessarily,but if it is wildly out because you paid no attention to its position at all it is probably best to. it it is just out a few degree's then he can just set the ignition timing like any other digifant car with timing light/blue temp sensor unplugged loosening dizzy and turning etc.. Thinking about it the fact that it runs makes me think that it is not too far out and he can get it in spec by moving the distributor with the aid of a timing light. cool will try this first and see how it goes thanks

cool, didnt time it as didnt really think it would matter as thought it ran my oil pump but as i know now it is pretty important thanks for you help

i have just fitted a new cam belt to my g6o and when started up it was running very poor like it was going to cut out , when timing it up i did not really time up the intermediate shaft would this cause it to run very poor hope some one can help thanks

what is a dx engine and where can i get one of the crank bolts from ?
