Where did you get the BBS fans from, i'm after some 15 or 16" ones?

Bought them from a guy in germany on the tuning expo in saarbrücken. those are 16" but my central lock thread isn't long enough, so i have get those lock nut fabricated.

How did you change the light in your rear clusters?

hey, it was fun over there but strange idd.

about my rear clusters i've put adhesive tin paper in that shape against the inner side of the glass to become this effect.

lovely example - just out of interest, where did you get the replacement mirror glass from? I could do with 2 new ones as they have gone a bit funny and need to lube up the mirror mechanisms as they are LOUD :)

hey, mirrors are from spoonfedtuning, they are not-tinded reproduction in a quality that wouldn't loose any reflection like the originals. part is without heating element nor mounting. it's just the glass, for sale for £57 + import fee + shipping

Only just found this build thread, ur car looks so sweet mate, some really nice touches, especially the rear lights - I luvs em! Wish I'd gone 2 edition now as would've been great seeing ur car in the metal!

sure, they are original lights, sanded smooth, painted cherry red like the mk5 R32, and over the plastic there has been a carbon overlay + clear coat to smooth out the carbon to the lights. carbon works is done by platinum ice paul in the uk, not cheap but very good work. PS i'm working on another special detail for the taillights, will be revealed soon.

yup a direct fit, even the horn works, easiest mod ever (apart of dismantling the steering wheel though)

new one has already hole but need a bit of trimming.

new in front spoonfedtuning lip 70mm in comparison of the old one.

ground clearance, car is on a climbing slope so it's normally even lower.

if you might wonder on why such a big box for so small parts=> easy, in this box were 2sets of mirriors, 2 grill, 2 lower windshields, 2 raintrays, a 70 mm lip and a spoiler. all this in one box and no damage what so ever ;)

PS i know the lip is dirty, weather was terrible

it's the schrick from jonrb, cleaned it up en installed. really happy with it
