Thanks for the information going to look for some OEM 1 inch lips then. You guys know if the 6.5 inch barrel will clear the rear spring?

Any one know what the largest lip that could be run in the rear with rolled arches. Right now i have the 2.5 and its just impossible to drive if i have anything in the back or if i have a full tank of gas. I was thinking of going with a 1.5 but was wandering if any one is running that size and what kinda of experience they have had with it or if any one is running stock RS301 if there is room for another half inch. THanks

Hi i just installed a Passat B4 moon roof assembly in my Corrado and having an issue when i lock the car from the out side it pops the roof down as if it was getting ready to open it up? If some one can point me in the right direction i did a search but could not seem to find anything? Though i do remember reading something about this on the internet just cant seem to find it any more. Thanks

Pulled out the old Manual and found the wiring diagram the brown line is power witch keeps blowing the fuse hopefully it all work out.

I just popped them off with a screw driver. Then i pull them apart they are simple switches just don't break them since there not cheap to replace. I think if you Google it or search the VWvortex there are some right ups probably one here some where too. Good luck

Daily Driver The Old C (regret selling it :() What I am currently working on right now is the lack of power on the front Recaro seats. Pulled the switches and everything seems to be in working order so i pulled the seats the other day and i think i have found the problem so i am going to solder and shrink wrap it and hope that everything will be in working order. Though before i do that i am going to try and figure out what the line is and if it being severed would it prevent the driver and passenger seat from working. While the seats where out i shampooed the car god was it disgusting.

My power seats have been not working for a while so i pulled the switches and they seem all ok. So i have pulled the seats out and what i can see everything on the seats look ok. Though on the passenger side one of the brown line from the six prong plug has been severed. If some one could tell me what the line is from and if its severed broken could prevent both sides from working.

So here is my question what tires sizes should i get and how bad will my fitment issues be with these wheels? Any one running something in these sizes? 2x 8.0 x 17 (1 "outer frame, 0.5" Star, 6.5" inside bed) 2x 9.0 x 17 (2.5" outer frame, 0.5 "Star, 6" inside bed ) Thanks!
