spotted 4 in week :clap: a geeen vr6 oldish man going down east bracklesham drive.totaly standard on tuesday a black g60 i think, lowered and on a set of deep dish 15inch wheels looked and sounded great in the same place as above a white 16v looking sorry for its self out side mobys fish and chip shop in bracklsham. followed a grey not, sure what flavor into selsey on wedensday. flashed and waved at you all but no response :eek:

was nice to see a corrado racing in the vw cup on channel 4 this morning,even though it didnt win it was giving it its best shot. :clap:

well i fixed this today,the spring had jumped out of the cup.only problem is now it pulls towards the right quite badly,the steering wheel is about a 1/3 off center and i have not a clue why?? any input would be appreciated.

hi all put my raddo in for a mot today and it failed not on much just a new wiper,flexi brake hose, and suspension. my question is on the suspension.it failed on and i qoute,offside front coil spring not correctley located? what does this mean? how has it happened and why? the mot guy did not have a clue :confused4: . cheers dave

time for a change up for sale on pistonheads.

lost my temper and just pulled them off. the speedo had a very fine spring which uncoiled itself an snapped, :epicfail: the rev counter still sits on the spline but does not move. i am guessing i need a new cluster in reality.and i think i will let the pros fit the dials. :ignore:

i brought some lockwood dials for my vr6,easy fit it said should take no longer than 30mins :bad-words: well in my anger i managed to rip the speedo needle and rev counter needle off,neadless to say they no longer work :( anyway can this be fixed or do i need to buy a new cluster??? :cuckoo: cheers dave

new dizzy cap,leads,fuel filter,rota arm and gearbox mount.runs sweet as and returning 30+mpg. better than the 20-22mpg i was getting :lol:

put anew set of plugs in. now need a new dizzy cap,leads,and rota arm :( was not firing at all on the 3rd cylinder,6,4 were white near detonation,1,2,5 were fine :cuckoo: no wonder it was going nowhere fast :censored:

hi all just after a bit of advise on my vr6,i will explain the best i can :sleeping: after a fast run when i let the revs down and boot it again i some times get a puff of black smoke,this only happens when i have given a full 7k on the rev counter,under normal to moderate driving it does not happen. there is a load of black soot in the end of the exhaust and a strong smell of petrol. any idears what this could be? thanks dave
