Help Please Corrado G60,starting problems,if it does not start first time it floods and will not go,if left for a while will restart if fuse taken from fuel pump,when running put back in seems all ok then,any suggestions please

over fuelling,my bruv in law , has spent a fortune on his corrado 16v,thing wont start unless it catches first time,he has been told its overfuelling,he has had injectors "cleaned",new ecu etc etc,still has problems,anyone with any ideas Thanks bruv in law
